The role will involve updating Excel spread sheets, creating detailed sales proposal and reports whilst also liaising with internal and external customers who can be quite demanding at times.
You will be able to communicate at all levels and must be confident, competent and professional in your work.
Applicants are required to have previous sales administration experience, and proven administrative skills with particular attention to speed, accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to be customer focused and have a proactive nature when meeting the needs and expectations of customers. It is essential that you have the ability to take responsibility for your own workloads and to show initiative.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in the primary MS packages as well as be able to demonstrate the relevant skills whilst being able to show tenacity, assertiveness whilst remaining polite and courteous at all times.
