Duties will include:
- Assisting fleet team in processing the sale of a vehicle
- Ensuring all Government procedure with regards to vehicle taxing are adhered to
- Processing invoices, delivery notes and work orders
- Document all sales and orders
- Deal with customer queries face to face and over the phone
- Liaise with the brand regarding vehicle specification and ordering stock
Previous experience of working within a similar type of administrative role is essential. The successful candidate will also ideally have used the Kerridge system and be comfortable on Excel
