Sales Administrator

Reed Recruitment are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our client based in Norwich (NR3) within the manufacturing industry as a Sales Administrator.

You will be employed on a Permanent full time basis, working Monday to Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm, or 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities...
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Raising quotations
- Liaising with internal departments regarding product availability
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries
- Following up with customers on quotes given
- Raising purchase orders
- Order entry
- Arranging deliveries
- Other adhoc general administration

Person Specification...
- Minimum of 2 years Administration experience
- Proactive and hardworking approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Clear and confident telephone manner
