Sales Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company as the Sales Administrator within a busy and fast paced environment on a permanent basis working 16 hours per week.

The company is located conveniently in Banbury and offers free parking and a pension scheme.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the sales team, there is no sales involved in the role. You will be processing orders and often spinning more than plate. YOU the ideal candidate will have previous experience in working within a busy environment, processing orders, producing quotes and multitasking.

Predominantly you will be responsible for processing orders, administrative for the department, good customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have initiative and be proactive to anticipate and resolve any potential problems and challenges. You the successful candidate will keep information confidential and remain calm under pressure. You must have a personable approach and excellent telephone and communication skills.
