The Sales Administrator will be joining a friendly team, with a welcoming environment and passion for delivering excellent service to customers. This company are growing within their market and are looking for people who want to help establish their brand.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing customers accounts
- Answering all client queries
- Processing all information on the system
- Arranging delivery with 3rd parties
- Proving solutions to any issues that arise
- Helping to ensure that the Sales Team are able to work as efficiently as possible
The Sales Administrator will be:
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
- Motivated and passionate about the role
- Experienced in a similar role
- Able to deal with difficult customers and work well under pressure
