Our client, a luxury furniture manufacture, is seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join their luxurious showroom.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the sales team with daily sales administration activities.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator

  • Assisting the sales staff with administrative support
  • Providing sales, administrative and after-sales support

  • Processing a high volume of orders, raising quotes and invoices for all sales transactions

  • Dealing with and responding to high volume of email

Essential Skills

  • Proven project supervision experience within the interiors industry
  • A passion for interiors and luxury products.
  • A dynamic individual able to think on their feet, able to work independently and thrives under pressure

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time

  • Well versed in IT skills for example Office and CRM systems

  • An administrative or sales background in the luxury interiors industry is desirable

  • Enjoy exceeding targets, hitting deadlines and solving problems
