Sales Administrator Luxury Interiors/ Furniture
Our client, a luxury furniture manufacture, is seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join their luxurious showroom.
The main purpose of the role is to assist the sales team with daily sales administration activities.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator
- Assisting the sales staff with administrative support
Providing sales, administrative and after-sales support
Processing a high volume of orders, raising quotes and invoices for all sales transactions
Dealing with and responding to high volume of email
- Proven project supervision experience within the interiors industry
- A passion for interiors and luxury products.
A dynamic individual able to think on their feet, able to work independently and thrives under pressure
High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
Well versed in IT skills for example Office and CRM systems
An administrative or sales background in the luxury interiors industry is desirable
Enjoy exceeding targets, hitting deadlines and solving problems
