Job Title- Sales Administrator

Location- St Albans

Salary: £25,000

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12-15 month FTC with the opportunity to go permanent

MUST have excel experience for this role.

Our Client, a fantastic company with an excellent reputation requires a reliable individual who has a can do attitude who is keen to work hard and take on a large work load. We are looking for a confident, friendly customer service professional with experience in accurate order processing skills.

Excel experience is essential to this role- Please ONLY apply if you have excel experience.

Responsibilities:

This role is supporting the account managers to provide exceptional customer relationships

Answering incoming calls and emails

Manage customers order profile

Enter all sales orders on the systems

Ensuring Purchase Orders are linked to sales orders

Sending out weekly updates on orders

Arranging deliveries

Checking shipments dates correspond with customer expectations

Communicate continuously with 3rd party warehouse

Investigate all stock issues

Deal with post sales enquiries

Create credit notes and refund processes

Updating customer database calling customers to update them on changes to their purchase orders Dealing with invoice queries, returns, delivery and payment issues

Work directly with client to analyse their projection on current and past orders

Liaise with buying department to facilitate orders

Experiences and Skills:

Strong customer service skills (office based) Previous Excel experience is essential- V-lookups, Pivot table knowledge etc Order processing skills Excellent time management skills Good communication skills

You will need to have a positive and pro-active attitude to your work, be conscientious, willing to assist in all areas and be a team player Highly organised Ability to work in a pressured environment
