Job Title - Sales Administrator Assistant

Location - Meridian Business Park Leicester

Salary - £18000 (Review after probation & Training)

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (30 mins Lunch)

To suceed as the Sales Administrator Assistant you’ll need:

  • Previous office administration experience, particularly within a sales support dept is highly desirable

  • Good GCSE grades particularly in English and Mathematics

  • Strong Word & Excel skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to work as part of a small dedicated team

  • A polite, personable and enthusiastic telephone manner

  • Enthusiasm, energy and a can-do attitude

Daily Duties:

  • Create and produce production paperwork

  • Ensure all customer orders are entered onto the system

  • Work collaboratively with Senior Account Managers

  • Sell and promote company products and services

  • Data entry

  • Complete analysis reports for clients
