Croner Reward is one of the UK’s leading providers of pay, benefits and consultancy services.  We are seeking a dynamic, motivated sales professional who will be responsible for generating ongoing relationships with senior HR professionals/business owners/directors to promote Croner Reward’s portfolio of products and services. 

We are currently embarking on an ambitious growth strategy seeking to increase our presence across the UK.  This role is critical to the growth & development of Croner Solutions and will play a key part in the business meeting its sales objectives.  In this role you will source, develop and generate new business sales for Croner Reward and will optimise opportunities through the Company customer database.  

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Generate new business sales leads and opportunities
  • Contact the client database to review and assess their Reward requirements
  • Manage your sales target and pipeline
  • Maintain the sales CRM system
  • Make a targeted number of outbound calls/contacts per day
  • Secure a minimum number of new business deals and a minimum amount of new business revenue per quarter

  • Outgoing personality with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
  • Good business acumen, articulate and able to use own initiative
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
The ideal candidate will have a track record in telephone based B2B sales.  Industry experience is not essential as full training is provided; but high energy, target focus and a consultative ‘value based’ selling style are a pre-requisite for the job.
