We are currently embarking on an ambitious growth strategy seeking to increase our presence across the UK. This role is critical to the growth & development of Croner Solutions and will play a key part in the business meeting its sales objectives. In this role you will source, develop and generate new business sales for Croner Reward and will optimise opportunities through the Company customer database.
- Generate new business sales leads and opportunities
- Contact the client database to review and assess their Reward requirements
- Manage your sales target and pipeline
- Maintain the sales CRM system
- Make a targeted number of outbound calls/contacts per day
- Secure a minimum number of new business deals and a minimum amount of new business revenue per quarter
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate intelligently, confidently and professionally
- Outgoing personality with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
- Good business acumen, articulate and able to use own initiative
- Enjoy working as part of a team
