SaaS Delivery Director

We are currently working on behalf of out trusted client who are looking for a SaaS Delivery Director. Join a leading insurance company offering benefits and services geared towards enhancing employee health, well-being, and engagement.

What You Can Expect

• Work Type - Contract - 6 months (Inside IR35)
• Salary - £800 per day
• Location - Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities as a SaaS Delivery Director

• Determine effective ways to analyse, build, test, deploy and measure progress. Supervise these where required.
• Work with Product to articulate Business goals to turn these into roadmap deliverables.
• Present areas of contention in roadmap to shareholders in a balanced, objective manner.
• Work with the people team to ensure pay, bonuses and development investment drive the right culture and achieve goals.
• Manage, coach, motivate and develop direct reports.
• Consistently review and enhance training, techniques, and procedures.
• Manage the delivery costs within budget and set clear objectives, tasks, and goals.

Experience & Skills Required

• SaaS based project delivery.
• Someone that has worked on the build of software.
• Experience working on deploying a SaaS product to market.
• Experience working on remediation, bug fixing enhancements of applications.
• Experience working on end-to-end project lifecycle including testing and deployment.
