AR / VR / MR is now going mainstream. Cleverly, to cope with the world-wide growth in this digital area, this company has also developed a SaaS product version of the AR tools for business and organisation to licence. This gives marketers, creatives and developers the ability to create their own AR experiences.
The Sales Exec / Customer Success Account Manager role talks to the high volume of inbound calls of customers looking to use the SaaS augmented reality content creation platform.
You will need to understand how and why customers want to use the AR platform and get them up and running creating awesome AR experience. You will be part of the team that teaches others to take advantage of it. (Lots of good training provided so your speaking the 'language’)
You will educate people on use cases and using the software, through calls, emails, and screen share demos. You’ll be demonstrating the value of using the tools to create AR
Ideally you will have experience working in a SaaS business.
