Russian Spanish Portuguese or Romanian Technical Advisors
Full-time & part time positions
Rotating Days from 5.30am - 10pm
£17,600 per annum
Working hours will be between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday and will also include working Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis.
- Providing 1st line support for a range of key Clients.
- Logging all incidents on the database.
- Providing excellent levels of customer service and support.
- Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions.
- Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support.
- Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA) against call handling time, resolution etc.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Previous telephone experience essential.
Working within a Technical Help Desk / Service Desk environment would be an advantage.
