RTA Solicitor/CILEX Fast and Multi-Track

Our client is a UK Top 40 insurance law firm who are currently recruiting an RTA Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive to join their motor team. The firm offers strong progression opportunities, generous hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary.

Your new role

This RTA Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive position will see you handle a mixed caseload of fast and multi-track RTA files on behalf of a number of the firms' insurer clients. The majority of files will be of a fast-track nature, however, you will gain experience of handling multi-track files valued up to £125,000. You will review evidence, GP records and occupational health/personnel records.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor/CILEX with strong litigation experience. Previous experience running a defendant RTA caseload is preferable, but those from a claimant background may also be considered. Experience handling a fast and multi-track RTA caseload is essential. You must have strong advocacy experience, along with excellent communication skills.
