The Role

As an RPO Onboarding Specialist, you will be working as part of our candidate onboarding team, supporting candidates whilst they go through clearances and checks before starting work with our clients.?

This is a structured and process-driven role, which will involve working to targets and SLAs as per our client agreements.?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and issuing offer letters
  • Collecting and checking right to work documentation
  • Issuing screening links?
  • Guiding candidates through screening processes
  • Updating internal systems
  • Providing updates to clients?

Required Skills & Experience

  • Efficient worker with good attention to detail?
  • Comfortable working to targets and SLAs
  • Experience in a process-driven environment
  • Customer service and telephone skills?
  • Computer literate - comfortable with full MS office package?
  • Team player?
