Reward Business Partner
We are currently working in partnership with our market leading client based in Manchester for an experienced Reward Partner, This is a hybrid role based out of their state of the art offices in the heart of Manchester. This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of the people team during a time of expansion and development. As an experienced Reward partner you will be fully conversant with all areas of Reward and have the opportunity to work for a truly people focussed brand.
We are looking for an experienced Reward professional with experience and knowledge of Job Analysis, Benchmarking and delivering all Reward activities across the business. Our client is offering a competitive package including a fully hybrid operating model.
Key Duties/Tasks:
- Full involvement of both Cyclical and non cyclical reward activities, including Salary review, annualised bonus and benefits.
- Providing Reward commentary to RemCo and responsibility for gender pay gap reporting
- Dealing with complexities on the payroll and escalated queries
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Must have experience within Reward ideally working at Partner level
- Full Understanding of Reward activities
