My client is seeking a Reward Specialist to join their team ASAP on a 3-6 month basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in salary reviews, gender pay gap analysis, and benchmarking. This role is critical in ensuring our compensation packages remain competitive and equitable.

**You will be required to attend the office in Crawley, 1 day a week**

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct thorough salary reviews and benchmarking against market standards.
  • Analyse and report on the gender pay gap, developing strategies to address any disparities.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to provide recommendations for compensation adjustments.
  • Stay updated with the latest compensation trends and legal requirements.
  • Present findings and suggestions to senior leadership to inform decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Reward Specialist or in a similar role within HR.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Knowledge of current compensation trends, gender pay gap legislation, and benchmarking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
