Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand their Retirement Solutions team are seeking a number of Client Service Associates within their Surrey based offices.
This division plays a large part in first line customer care, where the teams respond proactively to resolving all levels of pensions and/or retirement related enquires queries (verbally and written) from both direct customers and Independent Financial Advisers. With ongoing training, you will be fully responsible for responding to all level of incoming enquiries that can include providing updates on accounts, products and online based information, as well as problem solving and providing additional information on other products, funds and services offered etc.
As someone who possesses experience working within a regulatory environment (financial services, banking and/or insurance), it is essential that you are ambitious, motivated and willing to learn, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the proven ability in being able to listen, understand and communicate at all levels.
