Our client is looking for a retail sales manager or department manager to join their team in this fast paced, high sales revenue arena. Are you a people focused leader who can motivate and influence a large retail team in multiple sites to drive service, engagement and sales? Love retail but want more weekends off? You will only work every other weekend!

In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £33,500, complemented by a performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000.
