Are you passionate about retail? Are you an experienced project manager with a great eye for detail? If so, we’re looking for a passionate project manager to join our retail projects team. 

You’ll be working with cross functional teams to deliver best-in-class activity across Samsungs Mobile Experience (MX) team. Our MX team supports across Retail and Contact Centre functions to deliver amazing projects. 

You’ll support stakeholders from the initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring that work is briefed out and projects are delivered in full, on time and to budget.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

RETAIL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Monitor and lead the retail project lifecycle for projects across the business

Develop and maintain a project framework for the business to work for all project size

Responsible for the closure phase of the projects (outputs, lessons learned, handover and benefits realisation review plan, KPIs)

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Liaise closely with internal and client stakeholders to understand project opportunities and support requirements

Manage the integration of project outputs into business as usual actions with all stakeholders, ensuring new furniture is solidified into the Go To Market processes

BUDGET MANAGEMENT 

Develop and forecast project timelines and budgets for all business proposals

Analyse all completed and historic projects, obtaining detail on improvement areas for future projects

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

Build effective relationships across departments to assist in effective delivery of set and agreed timelines

Summarise business wide project progression, keeping Senior Leadership informed

PROCESS COMPLIANCE

Oversee all project related documentation, monitoring and reporting progress and all the administrative tasks that are required.

Ensure standard operating procedures are created and maintained to support any new or changing processes across Head Office functions

Ensure insights are used to shape and build project proposals, encouraging innovative ideas

  • You’re an experienced project manager who is highly organised
  • You’re passionate and have a demonstrated understanding of the retail environment
  • You’re a confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • You’ll have experience in solving problems with creative and innovative solutions 
  • You’ll have experience bringing retail experiences to life 
  • You’re experienced in a range of project management methodologies, with the ability to effectively prioritise business needs

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum
