Insurance Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting an Insurance Advisor to join a thriving established insurance business. The salary for this position is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum and also includes a further 20% commission, this role is located in Gravesend.

Key Responsibilities of an Insurance Advisor:

• Quoting new SME enquiries both through organic and non-organic sources
• Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to both new and existing clients
• Organising own workload to ensure a sufficient number of quotations are completed to achieve new business targets
• Providing new and existing clients with guidance and advice to help them produce the right insurance cover
• Ensuring the needs of every customer are met whilst working towards individual and team targets

Key Skills and Experience of an Insurance Advisor:

• Proficient with SME/Commercial Insurance products
• Retail insurance experience is required
• Knowledge of FCA Regulations and compliance
• Enthusiasm for Insurance and providing the very best experience for our customer
• An ability to make informed decisions quickly
• Analytical skills and an ability to interpret information and understand its significance is essential
