Retail Administrator

Do you have excellent customer service and administration skills? Our client on the outskirts of Winchester are looking for a proactive administrator to join their busy team. The role will involve dealing with customer orders, updating the database and sending out internet orders. You will liaise with the different departments and send the products out in the right timeframe to their clients and customers. This role requires a proactive approach to work in a busy and customer focused environment. The company are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and a positive approach. The ability to multitask and manage a varied workload, as well as speak to some customers on a face to face basis.

This is a key role within the business where you will be liaising with a lot of different people, so a confident and professional manner is a must. The role will involve some heavy lifting and packaging up products. The position also involves editing the website using Photoshop to upload and amend product photos and details.
