Overview:

Our client is a beautiful and exciting corporate and commercial event space and restaurant in Edinburgh. They are looking for an experienced Restaurant Sensation to bring an infectious energy and creative flair to the service at their restaurant. The successful applicant will be one who wants to bring in a creative aspect to how service is delivered, and a customer focused people person, with a friendly approachable manner.

Benefits and pay range:

• £32,000+ per annum or £15 per hour, depending on experience.
• Permanent, Full-Time position, 42 hour week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for delivering the best customer experience possible within the restaurant
• Managing team and motivating them to achieve excellence
• Provide training, support and development to staff
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, food quality and service standards
• Being the face of the restaurant - being friendly, approachable and energetic toward customers, staff and other stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in Restaurant operations
• Experience managing staff
• Hands on approach, with an eye for detail and a strong customer focus
• A mature, engaged and enthusiastic outlook
• Knowledge of wine, food and service
