My Client has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join their Boutique Hotel. They are looking for a candidate with a good command Strong leadership skills to coach and manage a highly diverse teams.

To ensure that all guests are welcomed at the door and seated quickly in a courteous, polite and helpful manner and address all guests in the correct manner with the correct title and tend to guests requirements promptly

Proven food and beverage management experience Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently Mastery in delegating multiple tasks

Communication and leadership.It is most important that the right individual is someone with a real passion for hospitality and a positive attitude.

Your responsibilities as a Restaurant Manager:

  • To ensure that all guests are welcomed at the door and seated quickly in a courteous, polite and helpful manner and address all guests in the correct manner with the correct title and tend to guests requirements promptly
  • To be fully converse with the Restaurant operation and to efficiently manage the operation of all shifts
  • To proactively promote and exceed agreed KPI’s schedules, policies and procedures Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • To effectively communicate with the other departments and colleagues, suppliers and contractors to ensure that all information is communicated to the right addressee
  • To communicate with Head Chef on particular guests requirements, and maintain a close and professional working relationship with the kitchen at all times
  • To take a keen interest in the current business situation and to bring in sound ideas to increase profit, decrease spending, up selling orders and maximising guests spend where possible
  • To be actively involved in all staff related issues and to handle them in a professional manner
  • To assist and ensures Health, Safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Ensure you uphold the reputation of the restaurant at all times
  • Assist the Operations Manager in identifying recruitment needs

Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from you as part of the recruitment process and you must be eligible to live and work in the UK. (Asylum & Immigration Act 1996).
