Job Title: Band 7 Respiratory Physiotherapist

Location: Edinburgh

Pay rate: £31/hr PAYE (inc holiday), £36/hr umbrella

Dates: 8th January 2024 - 29th March 2024

Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Piers Meadows Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team at an esteemed hospital in Edinburgh. As a reputable healthcare recruitment agency, we specialize in connecting talented Allied Health professionals with rewarding opportunities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert respiratory physiotherapy services
  • Confident in managing respiratory conditions, including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Bronchiectasis, and other breathing disorders
  • Conduct outpatient respiratory medicine clinics
  • Undertake ward-based respiratory physiotherapy
  • CF experience is highly desirable
  • Supervise and support junior staff members

Qualifications and Skills:

  • HCPC registration is mandatory
  • Band 7 experience is essential
  • Confidence in handling general respiratory cases
  • Specialization in respiratory medicine, breathing disorder outpatient clinics, and bronchiectasis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
