We are lucky enough to be in partnership with the world's largest Building Society and we are actively recruiting for candidates with either a recruitment background or proven background of working within a recruitment delivery to join their ever growing team.
You will be based in the centre of Bournemouth a stones throw away from shops, cafés and the popular town and beaches.
As a Resourcing Services Advisor you will provide high quality and consistent advice, administering and quality checking resourcing processes within HR Policy, ensuring all service operation levels are maintained.
In this role you will be raising and posting vacancies to internal and external careers sites. You will be booking interviews and assessments, administering online assessments and potentially performing telephone interviews.
During your training period, you will be 100% quality checked however, this will decrease once you are fully competent. Ongoing support is always available.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal being able to effectively communicate across all levels.
- Collaboration skills
- Strong Administration
- Experience of working with a candidate management system
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Have strong MS Office Skills
- Be a team player, hardworking and committed.
- Hours: 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Monday - Friday
6 Month Rolling Contract with permanent opportunities available.
