We are looking for experienced Resolutions Team Adviser to join our team. By offering the best advice to our clients, we allow people to take back control of their financial life and are ethical and customer-centric in everything that we do.

Job title Role:

• Log, investigate and respond to customer complaints within strict timescales
• Handle and resolve technical queries from Debt Management and IVA customers
• Liaise effectively with customers by telephone, email and letter
• Discuss alternative debt solutions; objection handling in response to termination requests

Job title Experience:

• Minimum 12 months industry experience
• Ideally familiar with debt solutions including Debt Management Plans & IVA’s
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
