Residential Surveyor
Full time Residential Surveyor - Leeds - High basic & outstanding OTE
We’re working (exclusively) with one of the fastest growing, most successful and impressive Surveying organisations in the UK.
With national coverage and a client list as impressive as it is diverse, they are fast becoming the first choice employer for Surveyors seeking the perfect balance between impressive OTE and a genuine work life balance.
As a result of both additional panel appointments and an uptick in work volumes nationally, they now seek a full time Residential Surveyor as follows:
- Covering a compact and busy Leeds patch (LS postcodes)
- Undertaking the full range of reports from a wide and impressive array of high street & specialist lenders alongside private clients and in-house referral instructions
- Ability to diversify where skillset allows (i.e. BTL & HMO valuations, Leasehold work etc.)
- Sensible volume expectations (equivalent to 5 points per day) with a genuine commitment to work life balance
- Decent basic with commission enabling OTE of approximately 40% of fee income (i.e. on a £200k annual fee income you will earn £80k plus car and benefits from an average workload of 5 points per day)
- Genuine family feel environment (you’ll feel valued as part of a close knit team, never regarded as a number in a corporate machine)
- MRICS/FRICS essential (unfortunately our client cannot consider AssocRICS at this time)
This is an URGENT vacancy for which our client is keen to hold initial Video / phone calls for ASAP.
