This is a five bed home for young people with complex needs, based in a village location, we provide a safe and supportive environment for young people with sexually harmful behaviours.

Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience but what we really want is an outgoing attitude, dedication to making a difference and to be support workers that share our commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
Ambitious and energetic colleagues help make our company what it is and we are looking for more people who have got what it takes.
The environments we work in can be challenging so the people that join us need to have a passion for the work we do and be strong role models for the young people we support.

As a Residential Support Worker you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our young people.
Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting them in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital.

What we’d like from you:
Previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour
The ability to work a shift rota system that includes working some weekends and Bank Holidays
Must have had a full driving licence for three years
Excellent communication skills
Effective organisational capability
Great team player
Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of those who we support
Strong "can do" attitude
