A Residential Support Worker is required for a charity to work with and support learners who have complex learning disabilities. You would be working a 40 hour week to include evenings and weekends. You would need to ideally have previously worked within a challenging active environment where resilience was essential within the role. There are two separate positions available, one is a term time only position across 38 weeks of the year, the salary for this position will be £15,472. The other position is a 52 week a year position paying £17,771. In addition your salary will increase after you’ve reached your 6 month probationary period and again in 12 months you will receive a bonus.
