We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers in the Bury area to work within a residential care home for young people with a range of complex needs and learning difficulties.

About the Role:
This Residential Support Worker role is the perfect opportunity to join a nurturing care team who want to make a difference to the lives of others. You will be working within a home assisting with everyday activities. The role is to start as soon as possible initially, and you will be required to work shifts; if successful this will lead to a permanent position.

This Residential Care home is part of a large charity; they cater for children and young adults with various complex needs and learning difficulties including autism and physical disabilities. Their aim is to improve confidence, social skills and independence. They use a therapeutic approach with a supportive staff team.
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
*Experience supporting young people with complex needs and learning difficulties
*NVQ level 3 in Childcare
*The flexibility to work shifts
*A calm and compassionate attitude
*The ability to work in a team
