Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Bedford

PQE: 5+ or a Licensed Conveyancer

Salary: Competitive

My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Bedford, and due to continued expansion, my client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic family solicitor to join their team.

They are seeking a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more PQE or be a Licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years PQE, Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive.
  2. Up-to-date knowledge and competent legal advice following SRA Code of Conduct.
  3. Excellent client care skills and the ability to provide professional and competent legal advice.
