Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer

A highly regarded law firm in North London are seeking a bright, confident Solicitor/Conveyancer to join it’s residential property team.

Role

You will work amongst specialist property lawyers advising on residential property law including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and equity transfers.

You will have some involvement with new build properties acting for both sides.

Candidate

You must have residential property experience and will be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer ideally with 1-3 years experience in residential conveyancing.

You must have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish and a genuine passion for property law and client service.
