Residential Property Paralegal
Salary up to £24,150

My client is an established Top Tier Legal 500 law firm who are expanding the Property team and looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to be apart of a Residential Development team.


The Property Paralegal will:
* Drafting contract packs received from developers/agents and issuing to buyers' solicitors.
* Reporting regularly to developer clients with progress reports/deadlines.
* Dealing with replies to enquiries under supervision from a solicitor.
* Dealing with exchanges and all pre and post exchange administration.
* Taking receipt of deposit payments from buyers' solicitors and dealing with payments out to clients/funder
* Dealing with pre completion requirements including drafting financial statements, drafting Practical Completion Notices, dealing with funder's enquiries, setting up the file for completion and dealing with post completion matters.
* Dealing with Part Exchange purchases including reviewing title, reporting to client, raising enquiries and dealing with property due diligence.

In addition to unit sales, there will be opportunities to work on:
* residential sale and purchases
* Refinance matters including investment portfolios and development finance matters.

The Ideal candidate will:
* Previous Residential Property experience as an assistant or Paralegal - minimum 12 months experience.
* Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
* Highly organised.
* Strong ICT skills
