JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE:          3 years +
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY:     £35,000- £50,000

                 Hybrid working with one/ two days working from home if desired.

THE FIRM:
Due to continued expansion, this well-established, regional firm is looking for several Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join their teams across a number of its offices. There are opportunities for Solicitors with 3-6 years’ PQE and more senior Solicitors with at least 6 years’ PQE. The firm prides itself not only on the high level of expertise it offers, but also on the exceptional relationships it builds with its clients. This is a friendly, yet highly professional firm, offering ongoing training to ensure its staff continue to develop their legal knowledge.

THE ROLE:
Successful applicants will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity; as well as some commercial property matters including acquisitions and sales of businesses, refinancing and utilities agreements. The appointed candidates will manage their own caseloads with minimal supervision, liaise with clients, and engage in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal candidates will be organised, work efficiently and independently, and have experience of managing a high volume of work. The role will suit applicants who are confident, can use their initiative and thrive in a busy work environment. An ability to communicate with clients and effective time management skills are essential.
