Position: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
(Preferred 2-5 years PQE)
Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear


QED Legal are excited to have teamed up with a well-established firm in Gateshead who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.

The firm prides themselves on fostering a supportive environment for their team members and have implemented streamlined processes to ensure exceptional client care.
This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team. You will enjoy a busy, yet not overblown caseload of primarily North East properties.

About You:

-    Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (we would be open to considering lower PQE candidates with the right experience)
-    Experience of dealing with a full and varied caseload including but not limited to: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and re-mortgages, help to buy, new-build and shared ownership
-    Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
-    Exceptional drafting skills and comprehensive knowledge of the residential sector.
