My client is a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm based in the city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their successful team.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters through to completion. Dealing with clients and customers regularly, so excellent communications skills is essential as well as a high level of administrative skill.

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years current experience working in a conveyancing department as a fee earner, ideally qualified, with experience in handling a caseload of Sale and Purchase in leasehold and freehold matters.

Salary will be competitive dependent on experience so please feel free to get in touch with your target salary.

They offer a standard pension scheme and a company healthcare scheme which candidates can join after 6 months service which is paid for by the firm.

Their holidays start at 25 days plus bank holidays plus birthday. They close during the Xmas period and these days are given in addition to holidays so there’s normally 3 or 4 extra days off. An additional days holiday is given after 1 year of service and this continues with an extra day per year up to an additional 5 days.
