RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR – LOCUM, £40 - £45 PER HOUR, SOMERSET, HYBRID, ON-GOING. An opportunity to join a well-established law firm as a locum residential conveyancing solicitor providing excellent services in Somerset. JOB REF: 5583

• You will be expected to pick up the existing caseload, hit the ground running and ensure smooth progression of files.
• Considerable experience with wide range of residential conveyancing matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, shared ownership and transfers of equity.
• Proven track record of handling own caseload is essential.
• This role will be accompanied by experienced secretarial support.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• The ideal candidate should be able to be on site at least 2 days per week.
