Achieve Professionals is currently working with a small and friendly law firm in Seaham who are now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

This is a hybrid opportunity for those wanting flexibility in their role.

Experience & Responsibilities:

  • You will be either a Qualified CLC, Legal Executive with at least one year experience or a newly qualified Residential Property Solicitor with property training contract seat/previous role experience of running your own caseload.
  • You will be experienced in dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, new build developments, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and auction matters from inception to inclusion.
  • Experience of working with a case management system
  • Willingness to attend networking meetings to help with the development of the department.
