Position: Conveyancer - Residential Property Team
Location: Manchester City Centre

About Us:
My client is a traditional full-service law firm located in the heart of Manchester city centre. They have a clear vision and commitment to service excellence, they prioritize their clients' interests in everything they do. Their residential property team is well-established and renowned for offering specialist and expert advice in conveyancing matters.

The Role:
As a Conveyancer in their residential property team, you will handle a caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. This includes managing sales, purchases, re-mortgages, freehold titles (leasehold and unregistered titles where appropriate), New Builds & Shared Ownership files.

My client is open to both experienced fee earners, qualified solicitors, legal executives, and licensed conveyancers for this position

Requirements:
  • Previous residential conveyancing experience of handling your own caseload from start to finish
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in relevant conveyancing software.
  • Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Hybrid working once completed probation of 3 office and 2 remote is available
