They are seeking a property litigation solicitor with experience in dispute work including property and boundary disputes, Commercial and residential possession claims, and Restrictive covenants.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines independently.
Requirements:
- Experience in both residential and commercial property litigation
- Experience in hostile and non-hostile rent reviews
- A thorough understanding of Property Litigation.
