Residential Care Worker
Salary – £8.15 - £8.65 -£9.00 (Dependant on Experience and Qualifications)
The sleep in rate is £26.36.
The shift patterns are 08.00-.23.00 or 14.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs during the week and 08.00-23.00 hrs and 12.00 pm -23.00 on a weekend. All of these shifts may include sleeps.
Must hold a drivers licence
Must be 21 or over

Cambian is the UK’s largest provider of specialist residential care services for children who have suffered sexual trauma. Based on over 28 years of working with some of the UK’s most severely traumatised children, our homes support children of abuse and exploitation.
We offer 91 holistic specialist placements across 19 homes that include DfE registered schools providing full time education.
Cambian Children's Sexual Trauma Services (CCSTS) employ a highly focused team of professionals devoted to providing treatments to children between the ages of 11-18. Our team consists of Registered Regional Managers, Psychologists, Psychodynamic Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Play Therapists, Teaching Staff and Life Story Practitioners.
Experience in a similar setting is preferred, although not essential – if you’ve got a passion for working with people and want to make a real difference, we’ll give you everything else you need to succeed. Full training and ongoing career development are all part of the package.
Due to the location/nature of the role, applicants must have a valid driver's licence.
