Description

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact between residents and management. Your role will involve:

  • Building strong relationships with residents and fostering a sense of community cohesion.
  • Acting as a mediator to resolve conflicts and address concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing information and support to residents regarding housing policies, procedures, and community resources.
  • Organizing community events and initiatives to promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of housing regulations and procedures (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or community engagement role (preferred but not required).
