Research Project Manager - Quant - B2B /Tech - Hybrid with 1 day a week Berkshire Office

We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to the operations team for this top B2B / Tech research agency. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management of various research projects, while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards. In addition to project management, you will have the opportunity to lead and support various operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a variety of projects including ad-hoc, brand, message testing, and qualitative studies

- Provide line management for operations team members including training, professional development, and performance management

- Collaborate with the wider management team to develop and implement team strategy aligning with the company vision

- Lead process improvements within the Operations function and across the business

- Support the management and development of supplier relationships

- Provide consultative support for the commercial team on costings and proposals

- Oversee team resource management, project allocation, and scheduling

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Innovative and outcome-focused mindset

- Consultative approach to problem-solving and decision-making

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

- Experience in online quantitative methodologies, preferably in B2B research

- Prior experience in line management, project supervision, and team mentoring
