ARE YOU THE ONE?

As our Research and Strategy Executive at Pulse, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the agency's core functions. This is an entry level position, but is crucial within the agency, where you'll be supported in developing the skills and mindset needed to excel. Your responsibilities will span from setting up and crafting client research surveys to analysing data, integrating insights, and contributing to the creation of impactful presentations. You'll be part of a dynamic, small team dedicated to driving change, innovation, and client success.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

SURVEYS

Set up and create client research surveys, ensuring accuracy and functionality

Aggregate survey results and analyse initial findings to identify key trends and critical insights for client recommendations

SECONDARY RESEARCH ANALYSIS

Independently source, read, and analyse research, articles, and data to build an understanding of client challenges, sectors, audiences, and opportunities

Develop initial finding’s structure, including relevant articles, data, and sources, to support client responses and Pulse reports

TREND ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

Create regular TrendWatch updates and support the creation of Future Trend masterclasses, providing clients with a futurist view of the world

ORGANISATIONAL RIGOUR

Establish and maintain a central filing system for all resources, reports, insights, and sources across clients and sectors to ensure easy access for the team.

PROJECT SUPPORT

Assist the team with contact reports, project estimates, and tracking key timelines and milestones to ensure timely project delivery

  • You’re curious with a fearless mindset. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates an appetite for learning, growth, and pioneering new ideas in a dynamic environment
  • You’re analytical, able to interrogate data sets and extract actionable insights to shape client strategies
  • You’re able to support in the framework and creation of storytelling presentations in PowerPoint format, ensuring engagement, clarity, and substance
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation
  • You’re skilled with PowerPoint with a passion for design, content, and presentation structure
  • You’re all about the detail, for both numerical data and written content
  • You’re looking for an opportunity to grow challenging yourself and the team to reach new heights
