About The Role
Team – Member Active Engagement
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of the Vitality Offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time, 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
This is a fantastic opportunity within Vitality effectively working as a Technical Business Analyst!
You will work to understand and secure business requirements in relation to a business and system change initiative. This will allow you to learn and then utilise a variety of tools, techniques, and expertise.
You will be highly familiar with agile methodology for business analysis and requirements engineering. The role will define, analyse, improve and trace business process, functional and non-functional requirements through the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
Day to day, you will form part of a dedicated Scrum team, developing your contribution to each story and sprint increment. Multi-tasking and dynamically responding to team queries, change requests, clarification, and other scrum support with a clear focus on closing the sprint on time.
Key Actions
  • Elicit, Grasp, define, document, and control all business and system requirements relating to a business and system change
  • You will maintain a high level of business analysis and requirements analysis expertise, including Agile Methodology and SAFe Scaled Agile Framework
  • Thoroughly follow relevant change management protocols, assuring requirements traceability and documentation across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
  • Work closely with your team, Delivery Managers and various SCRUM teams to ensure no details are missed. You will produce a variety of outputs with positive and negative outcome flows.
  • Define the scope of the requirements to be managed. Apply knowledge of the system, interfaces, and dependencies to highlight integration aspects that must be considered
Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
  • Secondary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Practical and applied experience of Agile Methodology for Software Engineering
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation
  • Experience producing a range of analysis artefacts
  • Knowledge in ITIL, SOP's, RACI, Visio & Lucid
