Reprographics Technician

Our client secondary school based in Knowsley are looking to appoint a pro-active and dedicated Reprographics Technician on temporary full-time basis to start ASAP.

Main Responsibilities:

To provide confidential, high quality, efficient and comprehensive administrative support including the preparation of documents and reports to whole school departments.

• To provide an efficient and effective reprographic service to the whole school
• Schedule, monitor and organise the flow of job requests to the Reprographics Department ensuring all work is produced within necessary time frames.
• Produce Reprographics reports.

Previous experience in an administrative role is desired.

You will require:

Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process one
Experience working in an office environment
Empathetic outlook
Full and complete 10-year career history

Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
