£23,000 - £27,000

My client is a well-established International Firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. They are currently recruiting for a Reprographics/Document Administrator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a background in Facilities or Reprographics to join an established, small knit team with excellent progression opportunities.

Please note this role with require some travel to other regional offices for cover.

As a Reprographics/Document Administrator your duties will include:

  • Handling electronic and physical documents
  • Produce and finish hard copy documents
  • Manage all printing requests
  • Scanning and storing documents
  • Transferring secure files

As a Reprographics/Document Administrator you will have the following skills:

  • Previous experience working in Facilities or Reprographics is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
