My client is looking for someone who can fullfill a 3 month interim contract based in North London, Islington as a Repairs Surveyor.

As a Repairs Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing your own case load consisting of live disrepair claims, party wall awards, repair diagnosis cases and referrals from repairs teams. This role will also require you to give expert advice in court  and to act as an advisory to fellow colleagues.

Other responsibilities include:

*Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons or vulnerable adults in your care.

*Carrying out site inspections and investigations as and when necessary  in order to produce details specifications of work using the national schedule of rates and composite values.

*Preparing estimates, feasability studies, plans, sketches and drawings as may be necessary.

*Giving evidence in court as an exert witness when necessary.

*Working independently.

*Managing your own workload.
