Position: Repair Centre Engineer

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £19,000 - £22,500 with overtime

The Company:

Established in 2002, our client provides an extensive range of IT and break fix support services.

The Logistics/Repair Centre located near Thame, has a dedicated administrative staff supporting the UK Field Operations - due to expansion they are looking to add to their growing team.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who has the drive, dedication and ambition to work within the Repair Centre providing on-time repaired equipment helping our client to remain a successful business

Main responsibilities for the position:

Workshop repair of laser, inkjet and thermal printers, document scanners and related IT equipment.
Updating of repair information on management system.

Liaising with other departments on support and repair issues

Opportunity to work weekends and evenings onsite using company vehicle to swap out equipment/installation of equipment on a rota basis.

This is a vital role within the company enabling the organisation to meet their field service commitments and delivering great service.

Skills/Experience:

Previous experience in an IT related repair centre or break/fix environment or electro mechanical knowledge - 2 years or more ideally. Some network experience also beneficial. Clean driving licence.

You may have experience in the following roles: Workshop Engineer, Printer engineer, ATM Engineer, PC Engineer etc.
