Rent and Service Charge Expert

Robertson Bell is working with a social housing provider based in the midlands n to recruit a Rent and Service Charge Expert  for an initial contract of 12 months but with the strong likely hood for extension.

• Handling a range of complex leaseholder queries.
• Ensuring that all customers receive accurate service charge statements.
• Assiting on the service charge budgeting and forecasting process

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced service charge professional to take on a role that has a significant impact on the future direction taken by this organisation. This organisation operates a flexible working pattern with the requirement to be in the office twice per week.

• Experience of working within the property, real estate, housing or construction sectors.
• A minimum two years’ experience of working within a service charge-based role.
• Excellent knowledge of service charge legislation.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
